Error migrating dbpedia ontology

#1

Hi!! I’m trying to migrate the dbpedia ontology (http://downloads.dbpedia.org/2016-04/dbpedia_2016-04.owl) into new graph.
Unfortunately, I have two different randomly errors:

  1. Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: ai.grakn.exception.ConceptException: By setting the super type of concept [owl-subject-op-isPartOf] to [owl-subject-op-isPartOf]. You will be creating a loop. This is prohibited

  2. Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: ai.grakn.exception.InvalidConceptValueException: The value [java.lang.String] of concept [Base Type [RESOURCE_TYPE] - Id [41181232] - Label [density] - Abstract [false] ] cannot be changed to [java.lang.Double] due to the property [DATA_TYPE] being immutable

How I can solve this errors?
However, my goal is to migrate a big dataset to testing how GRAKN scaling in cluster mode; where I can get a big dataset for this scope?
Thanks in advance! :sunglasses:

The owl migrator is experimental at the moment and we are trying to find time to properly update it. Perhaps you could try a more custom migration using the XML migrator we provide: https://grakn.ai/pages/documentation/migration/XML-migration.html

Let us know how you get on. The only comment I would make is that the OWL migrator is somewhat limited because we do not support all the OWL axioms. Therefore only a subset of the data would be migrated if there is no clear mapping to the knowledge representation in Grakn.
